Festive or Frantic?

Hi there, Bach Flower friends,

A lot has happened since my last post in June. Well, I never did make it down to Santa Monica the course was cancelled at the last minute.
The good news is that in the New Year I will be a mentor for the Level One Correspondence Courses for North America.
For those of you wanting to take the Level One, Sharon Chevalier is planning to teach it in Courtenay BC this Spring. If you would like to be on an interest list please contact me via email
then I will add you to the list.

Feeling Festive or Frantic?

At this time of year things can get pretty hectic and stressful. This is when the Bach Flowers come into their own. Rescue Remedy, for example, is a five in one stress relief kit - which contains:
Clematis which assists with keeping you focussed, Cherry Plum which restores balance and calmness for a violent outburst or temper tantrum, Impatience assists with patience, Rock Rose for extreme terror, and Star of Bethlehem neutralizes the trauma of receiving bad news.
Okay, it won't cook the turkey for you, do the shopping, or deal with the kids, but it does assist with a calmer household which can be crucial over the holidays.
Rescue Remedy can be used while travelling, for family get togethers, in an emergency situation, and general stressful situations associated with the holidays. It can even help clam down an overly excited pet.

Until next time;
peace, joy & happiness
& keep taking the Bach Flowers
you never know when you will need them!

Welcome to Bach Flowers Canada Blog

Welcome to my blog.

This is all very new to me, but exciting.

My name is Sarah Brune and I am a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner. In lay mans terms I have studied and completed all 3 levels of approved Bach Flower courses.

What are the Bach Flower Remedies, you may ask?
They are a gentle system of self-healing, based purely in nature. They are a series of 38 plant-based remedies all representing a different state of mind. Dr Edward Bach discovered them in the 1930s.
They basically put a positive spin on everyday issues - fear, depression, stress, anxiety etc

For more information check out my website

bachflowerscanada.com is an informative website about the Bach Flowers, and an online store for Rescue Remedy and personalized mixes available within Canada only.

Exciting news!
This summer I am heading down to Santa Monica, LA to learn how to teach the Level One Bach Flower Course. Once I have completed the course work, I will be available to teach it on Vancouver Island, BC.

Stay tuned folks!
